Description Randy 2019-10-10 01:28:30 UTC
Description:
I often use Find and Replace for editing chord charts - changing keys. When I use the find and replace feature, setting Format specifications such as font, size, and bold or italics, Writer will not find all instance and often won't find any.
I took a screen shot that illustrates the issue, but I don't see any way to attach it below.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open document and click on Edit then Find and Replace
2.Put in a search letter
3.Click on Find All

Actual Results:
No letters found or only partial letters found

Expected Results:
All matching letters found

Reproducible: Always

Interesting, could you attach the first couple versus, or just the first page of your song sheet so we can look at its formatting.

I.e. make a copy, delete all content but the first page, save it as a 'Flat XML ODF text document (.fodt)' and post it up as you did for the screen clip.
