.odp file to reproduce the problem

I have a Dell Latitude 5285 laptop with Windows 10 and LO 6.3.1.
Impress hangs when trying to open the attached .odp file.
I have tried on another Windows 10 machine (a virtual one) with LO 6.3.1 (same version), and it opens without problem.
So this is a problem with this particular machine, although I can open other .odp files on this same machine without problems.

Thank you for reporting the bug. To be certain the reported issue is not
related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your
Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and
re-test?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present
Comment 2 Frederic Parrenin 2019-10-10 12:18:53 UTC
OK, I see that this is related to the activation of OpenGL in LO.
If I desactivate OpenGL, Impress opens the file without problem.
This is not a user profile problem, since the problem persists after resetting it.
