Description Paul Docka 2019-10-18 21:01:18 UTC
Description:
LibreOffice uses C:\windows\temp directories to run and certain file maintenance programs clear these directories. LibreOffice then becomes useless.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install LibreOffice
2.Run CCleaner, RevoUnistaller file cleaning, and Privacy Eraser

Actual Results:
LibreOffice is virtually wiped out and inop.

Expected Results:
No impairment

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
I installed LibreOffice 6.2.8.2 (x64) because I was sent files that only LibreOffice or MS Publisher could open. It worked great. I also use file cleaners like CCleaner, RevoUninstaller, and Privacy Eraser because the trash that builds up in Windows 10 eventually causes a slowdown or an outright crash. After I ran these programs on my normal cleaning interval, quite a bit of LibreOffice was gone because they clean out C:\Windows\Temp and that's where LibreOffice has resident directories. I had to do a bit by bit clean and a reinstall to get LibreOffice to run again. Bad planning and it may cause your users to drop.

i can not confirm this, LibreOffice x64 installs to "C:\Program Files" by default
