BottomToTop.odt contains a frame with padding and bt-lr writing-mode

Open the attached document. It a some dummy text to make the area visible, which the shape occupies. The second Frame is a copy of the first frame. The only difference is, that for the second frame the orientation "bottom-to-top, left-to-right (vertical)" was set in the tab 'Options' in the frame properties.

Expected behavior: The text uses the same area as in the first frame, only the text direction has changed.

This is part of the btlr writing mode implemented by Miklos. The issue is happening since https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=8a26e4b26f0153fb8ca5da880ee4aa44748ee4df
