I'm not sure where this script is coming from, but looking at the header I think its upstream is directly in the libreoffice-dictionaries repo.

I'm attaching a very simple (tested) patch that adds python3 support to that script; if you prefer not to change the shebang for now that's also fine with me.

I'm one of those that doesn't like such overly complicated procedures for such simple stuff but guess it doesn't harm to set me up.

that's https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/#/c/81410/ (+ 81411 for random style improvements to the script, while I was at it).

I also sent my license CLA to libreoffice@fdo, but it has yet to appear in the archive.
Please tell me if there are any step that I missed in the process.
