Description:
When opening the file, the image is at the foreground in the header when it should be at the background.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open the attached .docx

Actual Results:
The "image7.png" should appear at the foreground

Expected Results:
The "image7.png" should be at the background


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
