Description:

A Google translate gisting:

"The use of the "ALT" + "Accelerator" keys does not work in the various menus
Using the main version of LibreOffice 6.3.2. and also in the test 6.4.0. with "English" localization (but also with the location in "Italian"), both in the main screen and in the screen of each application, the combination of the "ALT" + "Accelerator" keys activates the main menu items but no longer the individual ones items subordinate to them.

Furthermore, when the first item of each menu represents a submenu, this is displayed directly. For all the example of "Menu> File" that can be opened with the combination "ALT + F" is valid ...

Linux kernel 4.15.0-66-generic x86_64
But for LibreOffice 6.3.2. also from the Lubuntu 19.10 Live CD"

Looks like you have to release the Alt key after opening a main menu. So, to open a file:

1. Alt-F
2. o

Note that all of these come from the graphical backend used, in your case GTK3.
