When I draw a rectangle, I want to right click on it to modify the anchor of the text. The Text... menu is sometimes visible, sometimes not. I did not manage to find out where I have to right click to see the Text... menu. Workaround. Select the rectangle, in the menu bar select Format|Text...

To be certain the reported issue is not related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and re-test?
