Description:
Im tried to open a new document and the recovery windows is open. Its show that there is a document that must be recovered but the name of file is not available. After that the application will re-open again after i click okay to be recovered

Steps to Reproduce:
1. click writer to new document
2. after that will show the recovered document
3. and click okay to recovery

Actual Results:
nothing happen for the recovery and the application will re-open

Expected Results:
it must be recovery the document and the open a new document of writer


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

There's an option in bug report "User profile reset" that indicates it should be done in case of problem before submitting a report. Please do it.
