I have tried all possible solutions in Safe mode menu.
Problem still persists.

Just to be sure, if you launch Writer, just type "test" then try to save in local hard disk, it fails I suppose?

If you launch Wordpad (from Windows), just type "test" then try to save in local hard disk, it doesn't fail?

Did you retrieve LO from official website (https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/)?

What's your Windows version?
Have you got some antivirus installed? If yes, could you disable it temporarily and give it a new try?

I have added my answers after each of your questions.

Just to be sure, if you launch Writer, just type "test" then try to save in local hard disk, it fails I suppose? YES, IT FAILS

If you launch Wordpad (from Windows), just type "test" then try to save in local hard disk, it doesn't fail? NO; IT DOESN'T FAIL

Did you retrieve LO from official website (https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/)? I HAVE A SWEDISH VERSION, DOWNLOADED FROM SV.LIBREOFFICE.ORG

What's your Windows version? IHAVE WINDOWS 10, VERSION 1909
Have you got some antivirus installed? If yes, could you disable it temporarily and give it a new try? I USE WINDOWS DEFENDER. NOT SURE HOW TO SWITCH IT OFF

Thank you for your feedback.
About antivirus, if it's Windows Defender, there should be no problem.

You can try to check if your Windows is up-to-date. Indeed, last Win10 version (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_10 for sub versions of Windows 10) had some serious bugs these last weeks.

Also, would it be possible you attach a screenshot by using https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/attachment.cgi?bugid=128904&action=enter link?

Just for curiosity, do you reproduce this on another computer (if you have another one obviously) ?

Since you didn't respond about the 2 other points, I suppose you don't have another pc to test and your Win10 has all the updates.

I must recognize I'm stuck, no clue here.

I have three other computers at home. All with Win 10 and no problems with those computers.

Harley,

this is definitely an operating system issue or the operating systems permissions on LibreOffice when you installed it.

I would suggest you take your device to the retailer to have it checked. All apps can save files there is something very wrong not with LibreOffice but more like your installation of maybe the operating system but somehow more like the installation of LibreOffice.

I hope this really helps

Andrew is on point. Let's close this.
