Description:
Apostroph Taste erzeugt kein Apostroph mit Deutsch-Schweiz Gebietsschema jedosch mit Deustch-Deustchland funktioniert die Taste korrekt.




Steps to Reproduce:
1.use swiss keyboard layout
2.open writer
3.try to use the apostroph key right of the 0-key

Actual Results:
Instead a ' sign i get a ‹ (witch is not a lesser than sign)

Expected Results:
i would expect to get an apostroph


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

This must be not a bug, but the result of quotes replacement per Tools->AutoCorrect->AutoCorrect options (Localized Options tab). You may disable it there as you want. Please test and tell if it helps. Thanks.
