Choose menu "Format", submenu "Conditional" and item "Manage...". You will see dialog "Manage Conditional Formatting". See screenshot. Actual Results: Problems. 1. No vertical scroll bar. No horizontal scroll bar. 2. Buttons not visible. 3. Dialog not resizeable. If you try to use dialog, you will found problems with focus.
