Description: We had a meeting where a client sent us a pptx presentation. We opened the pptx on the newest LO. Laptop is a Acer Spin running win 10 home. We observed that whenever our laptop went into sleep mode while using this presentation in presentation mode impress freezes and LO has to be force closed. I created a new pptx for testing purposes and I could reproduce the issue. When I tested this with one slide I couldn't reproduce. Maybe relevant: when coming back from the sleep mode, there are two pptx icons instead of one. Steps to Reproduce: 1. create a pptx file with quite a few slides 2. open it on your win 10 machine and use presentation mode 3. wait till sleep mode arrives and click 4. Impress is frozen Actual Results: Impress freezes after sleep mode. Expected Results: I'm able to continue watching the pptx in presentation mode Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info:

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.
Hi Xisco, just downloaded 6.4.3 and retested. The problem persists. If my pc goes in energy saving (screen) mode and I press enter to return the activity LO is frozen. As my settings are in Dutch, sleep mode is probably not the correct name of the setting. It is the option under "screen" that is important.

Hello Roeland, To be certain the reported issue is not related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and re-test? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present
Hi Xisco. I retested in safe mode, and the problem is gone.. So I guess this means my local installation is corrupted? What should I do to get a clean new copy?
