Description:
Just an one idea - create images on their own layer, as a addition to inserting images as in standard way. And enable turn on/off that layer.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Add image/stamp on own layer
2.Turn on/off that layer as one need.

Actual Results:
-none

Expected Results:
Print with/without images on that layer.


Reproducible: Always

You can exclude each image individually from printing (Properties > Options) or you can exclude all images temporarily from printing in the print dialog, second tab.

You can also work with sections.

Plenty of options to hide images, let's reserve the layers for Draw.

Wfm is when there was a bug and it was fixed with unknown patch. 
Here is, in Bugzilla terms, Won't fix, meaning Won't do.
