File with flipped shape

Open attached document.
1. Set the position of the green filled shape to left|top 8cm|6cm. Same for the blue filled shape. Both shapes are vertical flipped. The screenshot on the right side shows the start situation.
2. Bring the green filled shape in rotate mode.
3. Drag the rotation center to the left-bottom edge of the shape. A rotation by 90 degree should result in the position of the green outlined shape.
4. Drag-rotate the green filled shape now.

Notice, that with begin of dragging the overlay jumps to the red dashed portrait shape and dragging 90 degree results in the red dashed landscape shape.

You get the same result, if you perform the rotation by the Position&Size dialog.

The rotation was correct in version Version 4.0.1.2 (Build ID: 84102822e3d61eb989ddd325abf1ac077904985)

The rotation is broken at least since version Version: 5.1.6.1
Build ID: f3e25ec0581f5012f54d8810dcddd5824f4ee374
CPU Threads: 8; OS Version: Windows 6.2; UI Render: default;
Locale: de-DE (en_US); Calc: group

The fact, that the shapes are not at position 8cm|6cm although I have saved the file with that position, is a different bug, for that I not yet know, whether it is a save or open bug.

The rotation is OK in LibreOffice 7.0. So I set this to Worksforme. The position is still wrong. I'll write a new bugreport for the position.
