Description mikek 2019-12-15 22:55:51 UTC
Description:
The attached document has a heading that should all be Heading 2, but it shows up as two different typefaces. When I use Command-1 or change it to Heading 1, or Command-3 to change it to Heading 3, part of the heading changes and part does not.

Actual Results:
Changing the Heading style only changes part of the line.

Expected Results:
Changing the Heading style should change the whole heading.

Reproducible: Always

File with a heading that's in two different typefaces
Comment 2 Dieter 2019-12-18 07:17:01 UTC
I confirm it with

Version: 6.3.4.2 (x64)
Build-ID: 60da17e045e08f1793c57c00ba83cdfce946d0aa
CPU-Threads: 4; BS: Windows 10.0; UI-Render: Standard; VCL: win;
Gebietsschema: de-DE (de_DE); UI-Sprache: de-DE
Calc: threaded

Character style of the whole paragraph is default style, so I would expect, that character style changes, if you change heading style.

Workaround:
1. Mar paragraph
2. Clear formatting
3. Choose a paragraph style
Comment 3 Dieter 2021-11-06 05:28:22 UTC
Rethinking the behaviour I would say, it' expected. Paragraph has a paragraph Style with direct formatting of the last part (see style inspector). Direct formatting overwrites paragraph style and is retained, if you change paragraph style.
