Description:
Wildcards not working for COUNTIF in Calc

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Put "United	States	Treasury  Note" across A1-D1, one word per column.
2. Do: =COUNTIF(A1:D1,"*Treas*")


Actual Results:
It results in FALSE. 

Expected Results:
It should result in TRUE. In Excel it does result in TRUE.


Reproducible: Always

I can not confirm this, attached example results to 1.

Can you please check Tools/Options/LibreOffice Calc/Calculate

[x] Enable Wildcards in formulas
[ ] Enable regular expressions in formulas
[ ] No wildcards or regular expression in formulas

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. 
Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' once the requested info is provided.

I've found that the error doesn't happen when I copy and paste the data and formula from the old sheet to a new sheet, but only on the old sheet.  So I guess no easy way to recreate it.

Enabling wildcards worked.
