You have in the file "Arrow was created on LO 6.2.8.2", but I don't know how to arrive to this correct result. How do I extract this arrow from the generated polygon, so I can be sure that the result was correct? If I click the Preview button, the preview appears just fine. Tested on Windows and Linux. On LO 6.4.3.2 the above mentioned conversion is successful now. Apparently the bug has been fixed. (Windows 10-64 professional; LO 6.4.3.2-64)
