SUMMARY

For Breeze there are three different icon sets for the toolbar:
* Breeze
* Breeze (SVG)
* Breeze dark

Breeze and Breeze dark look blurry on HiDPI. Only Breeze (SVG) is fine, though there is no Breeze Dark (SVG) version.
Additionally I don't see a reason why there's Breeze if there's Breeze (SVG), which should be the default for the light theme.

Additionally, LO should pick the dark icon theme automatically if the GTK dark theme is used.

Please have a look at the screenshot.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

I asked a friend who uses Manjaro KDE as well, but with an integer scaling. For him the Breeze (non SVG) icon theme is indeed the better choice, compared to my case with fractional scaling, where I prefer the SVG icon set.

However, as I use a dark theme, a Breeze Dark (SVG) is definitely missing.

Can confirm. Ideally the perfectly-scaling SVG version would be the only Breeze-style icon theme available, and the SVGs would have embedded stylesheets that let them actually use colors from the user's color scheme. That's what Breeze icons do.

What LO version do you currently use? Could you please check with 6.4.x version. It has Breeze Dark SVG variant now. Otherwise, check with latest master build for currently 7.0 version: https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/

Thanks, works as expected with LO 6.4.3 now. :) Just forgot to report back.
