Description:
I have a figure in my document which is tied to a particular page.  When I am in LibreOffice the figure appears in the correct place.  When I export the document to PDF the figure moves to the first page and is superimposed on the title page.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a large document
2.Create a text figure in a frame on a specific page
3.Export the document to PDF

Actual Results:
The figure is superimposed on the first page

Expected Results:
The figure stays on its assigned page

If I cannot get the figure in the correct place I will be unable to deliver my finished work to my employer in PDF form, as required.

I cannot reproduce it. My version:
Version: 6.4.0.1 (x64)
Build ID: 1b6477b31f0334bd8620a96f0aeeb449b587be9f
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 18362; UI render: default; VCL: win; 
Locale: pl-PL (pl_PL); UI-Language: en-US

Could you add an attachment or give a more detailed info about the steps to reproduce?

I am changing the status to "need info", as there might be some information you might provide which will be helpful to reproduce the bug.
