Description Harlan S Barney Jr 2020-01-30 04:56:08 UTC
Using Copy (Ctrl C-> Ctrl V)

from .ods file, format dd/mm/yyyy value 12/01/2019
to .xls file, format dd/mm/yyyy value becomes 11/30/2015

from .xls file format dd/mm/yyyy value 12/01/2019
to .ods file, format dd/mm/yyyy value becomes 12/02/2023

This has been going on for some time. I just now have noticed the difference in file types and taken the time to check it more closely.

Could you copy-paste the contents in "Help > About LibreOffice" dialog?

There is an option in Menu/Tools/Options/LibreOffice calc/Calculate - Date to set up the base date in every file.
