View - Toolbars - Customize

Actual result:    Opens customize dialog on the last-used tab
Expected result:  Open customize dialog on the Toolbars tab.

(also found in LO 7.0.0.0.alpha)

Where is a code point here if you set it as EasyHack?

It is a 'potential' easyHack with the needsDevEval keyword, and it doesn't show up on the easyHacks list: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Development/EasyHacks/by_Required_Skill/Skill_C%2B%2B
