I've just test it with the newest stable version of LibreOffice v6.4.0.3 and it doesn't work as intended, it freezes then crashes. Build ID: b0a288ab3d2d4774cb44b62f04d5d28733ac6df8 CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 17763; UI render: GL; VCL: win;
I can't confirm with Version: 7.0.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) Build ID: eeb2d19e77d6dc47c68e8ba0920a02cf64a1247b CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 18363; UI render: default; VCL: win; Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI-Language: en-GB Calc: threaded User, do you recieve a link to a crash report? If this is the case, please paste it here.
On Win10 with LO 6.3.4, I don't have pb to open and scroll until the 25 pages of the doc. Could you give a try at https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps ?
I tried with both OpenCL on/Off and the results are the same, the Writer freezes but I found out that is working as intended if I open the document in safe mode. If it helps, on ubuntu/linux is working fine, on other windows 10 1909 installations is working fine, using v6.2.8 is working fine, just v6.3.4 and above on my current win 10 installation isn't working as intended. It seems I am an isolated case, a bug that happens in very rare and specific situations therefore I will mark the bug report as resolved.
Did you try to rename your LO directory profile as proposed? Also, OpenGL is different from OpenCL. However, check you got last graphic drivers. Indeed there's a link between OpenGL and graphic driver. Let's rather put this one to WFM.
Yes, I have renamed the LO profile directory and i have the latest video drivers from Intel 26.20.100.7529 being the latest and I get same results, writer freezes.
Ok thank you for the feedback.
