I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present.

Identified somewhat the same Bug on Manjaro KDE with the Tabbed Toolbar enabled. The buttons "Page Size" and "Page Columns" won't show anything, not even a blank list as shown in the attachments of the OP. LO Writer even crashes after clicking several times on "Page Columns". To uncheck "Use OpenGL for all redering" didn't help, as it was already unchecked. (Unchecking "Use hardware acceleration" and "Use anti-aliasing" also didn't help.) Deleting ~/.config/libreoffice and changing the language didn't help either. Tested on VirtualBox and on real Hardware with the following fresh Version (libreoffice-still with version 6.3.5-3 behaved the same): Version: 6.4.2.2 Build-ID: 6.4.2-1 CPU-Threads: 1; BS: Linux 5.4; UI-Render: Standard; VCL: kf5; Gebietsschema: de-CH (de_CH.UTF-8); UI-Sprache: de-DE Calc: threaded Additional Info: On Manjaro XFCE the two buttons work fine and show the selectable lists. Please let me know if this bug needs a separate bug report, as the behavior wasn't observed on the same operating system.

As far as I can see, this is now handled in tdf#132172. And bug 132172 comment 7 suggests that this is no more an issue at least for the kf5 case since commit commit 3afc718eddcd81232392d46fccc24b8ec626c8df Author: Caolán McNamara <caolanm@redhat.com> Date: Tue Jan 14 10:06:30 2020 +0000 rework PageSizePopup to be a PopupWindowController Maybe the same is true for the Windows case as well? @Vineesh: Can you please retest whether this works as expected with a release candidate of LibreOffice 7.0?
