wrong graph shows the negative y-axis

The net graph works well in the beginning, though it would finally goes wrong. When the idle time is long enough, the y-axis value would become zero kB/sec.

And that is the moment the range of the y-axis goes wrong.

I have made some picture showing the bug. plz take a look in the attachment.
