First the bugtracker title should just be a sum-up of the problem, the rest should be in description.

Then you don't tell what's the problem precisely.

Finally Dos Lotus 123 is a very old software. So if LO can read the file, you can then save an ods version and work on it.

Clearly  => WF

Using the sister Document Liberation Project (DLP) [1] provided libwps library LibreOffice provides import only filter of these legacy formats.

Once held as LibreOffice ODF Spreadsheet, you can work with and save the data to a relevant file format. But, there is no mechanism to filter export (or generate) Lotus 1 2 3, or MS Works formatted documents.
