IU: predet.; VCL: win; Configuración regional: es-ES (es_ES); Idioma de IU: es-ES Calc: threaded I don't think it's an issue. You can't vertically aligned the text because the cells doesn't have any space to make a difference. Please change the height of any row and try again. Closing as RESOLVED NOTABUG

have you tryed your solution? i've just tryed it and it doesn't work (see my new screenshot)
The paragraph have 1.5 lines. If you change to 1.0 you will see everything works as expected. Tested on Version: 6.4.0.3 Build ID: b0a288ab3d2d4774cb44b62f04d5d28733ac6df8 CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 5.3; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3; Locale: ro-RO (ro_RO.UTF-8); UI-Language: en-US Calc: threaded
