Description: When attempting to translate dialogs from the dialog editor, languages turns empty. No languages can be selected, trasnalation has become impossible Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open dialog editor Tools-Macros-Organize Dialogs… 2. create a new dialog, as simple rectangles suffices 3. Manage language for this dialog 4. Add… displays an empty list Actual Results: a dialog with an empty content cf. attachment Expected Results: a dialog with selected languages for localization Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: Affects LibreOffice 6.3.4.2 on Ubuntu 18.04.4 too

Issue fixed by https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=7591ef66c6de25762d85e45365e598ff586df65c it will be fixed in LibreOffice 6.4.1 due to be released tomorrow.
