Sometimes it might be handy to have a function that docks all toolbars. However, "sometimes" is a bad guide for usability. And while it's easy to introduce new UNO commands it's very hard to get rid of it later. So I'd like to get opinions whether or not we should submit Jim's patch in https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/85727

We discussed the topic in the design meeting and recommend to abandon the patch and resurrect when user have a need.
