Description Abby Kuma 2020-03-11 19:12:57 UTC
Description:
Hi, I have a very simple 5 slide ODP file with 1 picture per slide. I run Impress slideshow using the following command on a Raspberry Pi 3 and have been running happily from the past 2 years using Rasbian Jessie OS running LibreOffice version: 4.3.3.2.
libreoffice --norestore --show --nologo --invisible '/home/pi/OnLine/playppt.odp'

However, on Rasbian Buster OS running LibreOffice version: 6.1.5.2, the slideshow runs for about half hour to an hour and gets stuck at random slides. If I press any key it will transition to another slide but this is a strange behavior that wasn't present in previous version. Please help. Thanks.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. On a Rasbian Buster OS running LibreOffice version: 6.1.5.2
2. Run command: libreoffice --norestore --show --nologo --invisible '/home/pi/OnLine/playppt.odp' (your odp file name)
3. Watch for about 30 minutes - 1 hour
4. Slideshow will be stuck at a point

Actual Results:
Slideshow will be stuck at a point after 30 minutes - 1 hour

Expected Results:
Slideshow should run indefinitely in a loop

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
It appears if you run the slideshow directly using the GUI (without the command line), it seems to be running fine.

Tested running slideshow directly using Impress GUI (without command line), slideshow did get stuck.
One other Bug that was reported before. Bug ID: 128715

Good day. The same problems on my pi. I also tried versions 6.3 and 6.4 - the same result.
