Description:
I just installed your LibreOffice 6.4 upgrade and after it was completed, NONE of the files on my computer that were originally created using the older LibreOffice program will open. How can I return to my previous LibreOffice program?

Actual Results:
I cannot reinstall a previous Libreoffice program and cannot open any of my previously created Libre files/programs.

Expected Results:
I need the previous version of LibreOffice to install.

Can you please provide more information about your situation? For example, what version of LibreOffice were you upgrading from and what OS are you currently using?
