Description: Roughly 50% of the time when I click in a Calc cell and Ctrl-C then Ctrl-V it pastes a picture of the contents of the cell instead of the actual contents. For example, if the cell I am copying contains the number 2500, I select the cell, invoke ctrl-c, go to an empty cell and invoke ctrl-v, instead of pasting the actual number, it pastes a picture of "2500". I delete the picture, re-do the action and it then pastes the cell contents. Before you ask, I am not hovering on the cell to be copied or highlighting it as you would do to move the contents, I simply left-click on it, then do ctrl-c and for some reason the clipboard records the action as a picture to be pasted. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Click on cell. 2.Ctrl-C 3.Go to empty cell. 4.Ctrl-V Actual Results: Often results in placing the copied contents in clipboard as a picture, then, when pasting it pastes as a picture. After deleting the pasted picture, repeating the copy/paste produces the correct result, which is pasting the contents as a number, not as a picture of the number. Expected Results: Selecting the cell and copying the contents should copy the contents to the clipboard as something other than a picture. Is it possible that this is a problem with the Linux clipboard, and not with LO itself?
Yes, it's a Mutter composer clipboard manager bug with X11/Xorg, does not occur with Wayland.
