The documentation webpage from LibreOffice is a great place to show what the LibreOffice community is working on.

I suggest to have there links (with an description, communication thread, ...) to youtube channels, template pages (for LibreOffice), wiki stuff, ... from any community member.

For example on https://planet.documentfoundation.org/ you have blog posts from the community how is working on LibreOffice. 

https://documentation.libreoffice.org could be the same for all kind of documentation stuff. An community member only have to register the webpage (togehter with description, images, ...) and all documentation staff will be available on one page.

Documentation is really Olivier's area, so I'd see what he thinks. But yes, we could certainly expand https://documentation.libreoffice.org to add YouTube tutorials and other resources...
