Example file with the landscape problem

I have verified it with a newly created document. I did the following steps:

- Create a new text document
- Fill several pages (5) with a line of text and separate them with a page break
- Create the landscape style according the wiki entry for some pages: https://help.libreoffice.org/6.4/en-US/text/swriter/guide/pageorientation.html?DbPAR=WRITER#bm_id9683828
- Then choose page 3 and select the newly created style

Now page 1 changes to landscape instead of page 3

I think I know what happened:

You've selected Page Style "Landscape" for page 3. This affects all pages. Since the next style rule for page style "Landscape" is "Default Page Style" pages 2-4 have still that page style.

Yu can easily test this if you change page style rule to "Landscape". Result: All pages change their style.

If you don't want to change page style within a document, you have to use Insert => More Breaks => Manual Break => Page Break
