With LibreOffice 6.3 everything works as expected, even if I repeat the steps several times. I noticed however, that Xisco is using 6.4, one version later. That's why I decided to try LibreOffice 7.0 also. I right-click "Богородск санаторий экск (1).doc" and when I choose Open With -> LibreOfficeDev 7.0 LibreOffice first opens, but then it instantly crashes. I don't get to see the content of the document. Telesto, which LibreOffice version were you using? Then I did something extra. From the Linux/Debian start menu I selected Start -> Office -> LibreOfficeDev 7.0 Writer When LibreOffice restarted, it reported that it had crashed and I choose to recover the document and to send in an anonymous bug report. Then I do get to see Telesto's document and I follow the next steps: 2. ctrl-A 3. ctrl-C 4. ctrl-N 5. ctrl-V 6. I repeat steps 4-5 five times (it doesn't crash) 7. I press ctrl-w , but I don't save (it doesn't crash) This is: Attachment "Open5times.png" Xisco, do you have the option to double-check this with LibreOffice 7.0? PS: I'm not a developer. I submitted a few bugs/reports myself and I'm trying to confirm the bugs that other people reported here. ~~~ Here are the versions that I used: Version: 6.3.4.1 Build ID: a21169d87339dfa44546f33d6d159e89881e9d92 CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.19; UI render: default; VCL: gtk2; Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI-Language: en-US Calc: threaded Version: 7.0.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: 4d03bd252274308f64332e7c0523068c38ac684a CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.19; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3; TinderBox: Linux-rpm_deb-x86_64@86-TDF, Branch:master, Time: 2020-04-26_05:59:56 Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI-Language: en-US Calc: threaded
