Description:
For consistency of usage and furthermore common convenience the Layer tabs in LO Draw should behave as in LO CALC. e.g reordering of tabs is missed in Draw.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Compare behavior of LO Draw Layer Tabs and  LO Calc Tabs
2.
3.

Actual Results:
LO Draw Tabs are not reorderable and have re-selection issues (Bug 132662)

Expected Results:
Same behavior of Tabs in LO Draw and Calc

What is the thing requested here? "Should behave as..." is not a clear request at all.

Reordering is requested in bug 70012. It seems your report can be closed. Do you agree?

I'm sorry, I don't agree to immediately close this ticket.

The concrete requests are

- LO-Draw Layer Tabs should be reorderable
    -> Any plan / schedule for bug 70012?

Other concrete requests
- LO-Draw Layer UI should be same as LO-Calc: 
    - Buttons |< < > >| and "+"(!) in the lower left
    - Optional BG Coloring of the Tab Text

... and I'd said that the context menu of the layer tab should:

Default layers: insert layer, show all, show[list-of-layers], hide, hide others.

All other layers: show all, show[list-of-layers], hide, hide others.
