Description:
Embedded table at the wrong position with merged cells on file open

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Notice the embedded table on the second page
3. Select a cell & delete the embedded table
4. Press CTRL+Z -> table at the spot I would expect
5. Save
6. Reload -> Back to the initial file

Actual Results:
Table is at the wrong spot on file opening.. Can be corrected by deleting the embedded table & undo.. 

Expected Results:
The split at step 4
