Description:
Allow table to split across pages and columns disabled combined with footnotes causes somewhat unexpected layout behavior

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Press Enter somewhere on the first page. Table jumps to first page

Actual Results:
Table jumps from second page to first

Expected Results:
Table should stay on pag 1 until it doesn't fit.. not jump to pag 2, and back again to pag 1


Reproducible: Always
