Description:
If an document containing text boxes of required dimensions is created in Writer, then saved in docx format, and that document is subsequently opened in Microsoft Word, the text boxes appear much smaller than originally created, and can't be resized in Word.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Writer document with text boxes
2. Save in docx format
3. Open this document with Microsoft Word (in my case, 2010)

Actual Results:
Text boxes appear much smaller in height than the created height, and can't be changed in height.

Expected Results:
Text boxes should appear exactly as they did in Writer and can be changed as desired.
