Bug is in Writer, Calc, Draw, Impress.

Format/ Character -> Font -> Size
(or Sidepanel (F11) and section Properties -> Character -> Font Size)

-turn mouseWheel up and value will decrease
-turn mouseWheel down and value will increase

Same for Western Font Size and CTL Font Size.

That is correct behavior. The font sizes are element in a list box.

Down roll of mouse-wheel moves down the list box entries, Up roll of mnouse-wheel moves up the list box entries.

That is distinct from behavior in spin box widgets, where roll Up will increase, and roll Down will decrease the spinner.

I thought in previous version I used (6.2.8.2) it was reversed, I re-installed it and the behavior is same. It is my mistake, not a bug. Sorry.
