When I change ONE footnote to endnote, all the footnotes of the document are changed to endnotes. (I had previously many footnotes and endnotes in my odt document)

No bug, sorry. Double-cliking on the note number at the bottom of the page, instead of clicking on Tools / Footnotes/Endnotes in the menu bar, resolves the problem. Thanks
