Content copied outside the selection

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 161941 [details] (bug 133930)
2. Select the image & Gereformeerde kerk te Oosthem c.a. (GK-OAF)
3. CTRL+C
4. CTRL+N
5. CTRL+V -> Notice the footer also being pasted

Actual Results:
Footer is also pasted, outside the copy selection

Expected Results:
Shouldn't happen?

I think it should copy that. If the selection would be header + body... maybe. But it is just the body text selected and copy.

If only image is copied no repro, if only title is copied no repro. So just in this case with both selected (image + title).

Not sure if this is a bug. It seems to also change the page style as a whole. May be intended. Like Bogdan noticed, it doesn't occur when just the image or text is copied. Only if they are copied together.
