Description Ricardo Forno 2020-06-14 12:26:28 UTC
Bacground: Writer - Windows 10 - Very usual Times New Roman shape 12 single spacing - Old (2009) MSI Netbook - Small screeen.
Problem: Most (about 90 %) of lines OK, but 10 % show cut from above. If you select the line, enter Ctrl-C and then Ctrl-V, the line restores to normal.
I will now try version 7 to see if problem was fixed.

More often than not issues are with GPU/driver pairings--a lack of WDDM 2.5/2.6 support on Windows 10.

Requiring disable OpneGL rendering, and then of Hardware Acceleration and retest.

At 7.0 and 7.1 the Skia library Vulkan vector or raster rendering engine has been set default avoiding some issues with OpenGL driver support--but old hardware and vendor support of Skia can still be an issue.

Point is running Windows 10 on old udersupported/unsupported hardware is really not LibreOffice's problem to fix.

Check out a 7.0beta or 7.1 nightly to see how your GPU/driver in Windows 10 fares.
