Description: I'm using LibreOffice 6.4.4.2 in the China locale and finding a very strange bug. I'll try to be as clear as possible in the description. Open Template Manager,then Right click to delete the built-in template,and Prompt cannot be deleted,and It is recommended to delete the built-in template. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open Template Manager 2.Right click to delete the built-in template 3.Prompt cannot be deleted 4.It is recommended to delete the built-in template Actual Results: Prompt cannot be deleted Expected Results: It is recommended to delete the built-in template Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: No other information found that may be relevant

Design team: what do you think? Delete is shown in the context menu, but indeed, the templates can not be deleted. Is this a deliberate decision? If we want to prevent deleting, the menu item should be disabled.
Shipped files are not placed in the user space and require administrator privileges to delete. I would disable the command in this case. The same applies also to galleries, for example.
