Steps to Reproduce:
1) New presentation with LO7.0.0.0Beta1
2) Insert a picture and set the halo effect of the picture
3) After saving, close the document, close the program
4) Start the program, enter the startup center, and in the latest preview, it is found that the image halo effect of this document is not displayed

Actual Results:
Start the program, enter the startup center, and in the latest preview, it is found that the image halo effect of this document is not displayed

Expected Results:

Please check with later builds. It was fixed shortly after Beta1 IIRC.

Btw, it's called Glow effect; it would be nice of you if you additionally installed English interface, and provided English screenshots unless the problem is specific to a localization. Thanks!

Thank you. LibreOffice 7.0.0.0.Beta2 has solved this problem.
