Why the floating table box is placed to far from the icon?

With Arabic (RTL) UI, the small triangle which usually placed in a dropdown function gone. This is happens in gen, gtk3, and kf5 backend

I don't understand this bug report.

First, give us explicit and specific reproduction instruction. Which application and what we're supposed to do with it.

Second, I'm seeing drop-down boxes with a down triangle, e.g. in LO 7.0b2. Is the bug something new with v7.1 ?

Sorry please ignore my image caption about floating table box. The report just about down triangle which is missing in 7.1.
