Description Bernhard Döbler 2020-06-28 17:02:23 UTC
Description:
In my spreadsheet there's a column that computes a sum from figures from other worksheets. I use conditional formatting to mark whether the values are larger than one.
I added a few rows and want to add the conditional formatting to the new rows.
I select cells to which the conditional formatting is applied to, click with the second mouse button and select "Conditional Formatting" from the context menu. I'm told there are existing rules and confirm that I want to modifiy these. The dialog to edit the conditions is shown, however, I don't recognize my rules. Some default rules are shown.
When I select Conditional Formatting from the top menu, however, The dialog to edit the conditions is correctly populated with all the existing conditons.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add conditional formatting to a bunch of cells in one row
2. Right click one of theses cells to edit the range to which the formatting should apply

Actual Results:
The dialog to edit the conditions is not prepopulated with the existing conditions

Expected Results:
The dialog should show the existing conditions.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
Works well when menu to edit conditional formattings is opened via top menu.
