Description:
Area dialog hatch/bitmap/gradient is lacking a delete button (and the modify button position is dubious)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Draw
2. Right click -> Properties
3. Background -> Hatch
4. Click add.. Fine
5. Now delete.. comber-sum process of right click -
6. Compare with Color tab -> has a delete button!

6. And the position modify button is not great IMHO. I associate it with the hatch list not with the modification area. 


Actual Results:
No delete button 

Expected Results:
A delete button next to add. Modify somewhere under preview (only free space left :-( Gradient as quite of lot of options

We have space for two buttons. Add is out of debate and it's more likely to modify existing fill styles than deleting. In case of colors you cannot modify a color. So this is a WFM for me.
