Description:
Empty page added after drag

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file 3.5.7.2 . Drag to the 3/4 page -> Empty page added
2. open the attached file 4.4.7.2 compare opening

I have the feeling i'm repeating myself here.. 

Actual Results:
Empty page

Expected Results:
Probably not


Reproducible: Always

A dragging an image saved as DOCX behaves differently compared to ODT. Except if the ODT is saved from a DOCX. See screencast

Yes, please explain, why this is a different bug in comparison with bug 134066
=> NEEDINFO

Would be nice, if you at least would refer to similar bugs, you've reported before.
