Did you search existing bugs?
Did it work in previous LO?
Please try with new LO, current is 6.4 but best to test with master 7.1+, easiest from https://libreoffice.soluzioniopen.com.
Please attach minimal sample document.

Hello, unfortunately the form that I have been trying to use is one that I use for work (proprietary data)... Please let me know any alternate means of sharing it with you.

Once you receive it, I'd suggest viewing it in the stock Document Viewer so you can see the fields that are supposed to display... I am not even seeing all of the PDF's fields with LO Draw, and the calculations do not work (of course they aren't supposed to in the stock Viewer), and in LO Draw the fonts overflow the fields.

To answer your questions, in reverse order:
- I tried using 7.1.0.0 alpha0 (daily), filename LibreOfficeDev-daily-x86_64.AppImage , with same result.
- I did try starting with the versions currently in Mint repository, which are 1:6.0.7-0ubuntu0.18.04.10 (metapackage) and 6.4.0.3 (flathub), same results
- I did look at existing bugs but I never believe that I am done searching all of them, so I shall continue

Thanks for any help that you can give.

You can replace all characters with X, if content is confidential. If the form itself is confidential, please try to create a new simple one reproducing the issue.

Thank you for your quick response... Unfortunately, although Linux is stable and good, all the apps I have tried except the Mozilla apps have had problems. I have been troubleshooting bugs instead of doing my work. By the time you read this, I have gone back to Windows and in fact I am now responding to you via Firefox on Windows 10.
